From 2013 Srixon became the naming rights partner of the Metropolitan Major Pennant competition. The arrangement provides opportunities to all participating clubs regarding use of Srixon's products.
2013 SRIXON MAJOR PENNANT RESULTS
The 2013 Srixon Major Pennant season has culminated with St. Michael's Golf Club defending their 2012 Division 1 Pennant from Long Reef Golf Club who had a remarkable year by reaching their first ever Division 1 Final.

ABOUT
Conducted annually from February to April the Srixon Metropolitan Major Pennant competition (Major Pennant) is open to all Sydney Metropolitan Golf Clubs who are members of Golf NSW. Major Pennant is a Contest between the two Clubs consisting of seven (7) Individual Matches played over 18-holes of match play without the benefit of handicap.
The Clubs participating in the Major Pennant are divided into five (5) Divisions with four (4) Sections in each Division. Depending on the number of nominations the Major Pennant Season generally consists of four or six preliminary rounds, semi-finals and finals. Players must be male amateur golfers who are current financial members of the Club they are to represent as at 1 March, the previous year (see Conditions for details)
